Welcome to Kedron-Wavell Cougars Netball Club

Kedron-Wavell Cougars (Brisbane North Cougars) is Netball Queensland’s largest and most successful netball club in Queensland. With the support of three Brisbane North netball associations, Cougars provides extensive opportunities for the development of young players, coaches, umpires and officials. Kedron-Wavell Cougars is the most successful club in Netball Queensland boasting 17 Queensland State League Premierships.

In recent years Cougars has produced several players who have been promoted into Suncorp Super Netball teams. The list includes Ruby Bakewell-Doran, Ash Barnett, Martina Salmon, Remi Kamo, Macy Gardner, Leesa Mi Mi, Ash Unie, Charlie Bell, Tara Hinchliffe, Maddie Hinchliffe, Mia Stower, Laura Sherian, Mahalia Cassidy, Binnian Hunt with many more to come.

We are proud to be developing the next generation of SSN players with the elite coaching skills of Kedron-Wavell Cougars Head Coach Elizabeth White OAM.

COUGARS NET SET GO HOLIDAY CLINIC – WDNA

Kedron-Wavell Cougars is holding Net Set Go Clinics this school holidays. This is fun, social and active program which gives kids, of all abilities, a positive introduction to netball and teaches them the basic skills. The program also provides techniques, tips and tricks for young aspiring netballers. Most importantly, it’s heaps of fun and a great way to meet new friends.

The 90 minute clinic is aimed at girls and boys aged 8 to 10 years old.

Venue – Western Districts Netball Association, Waratah Avenue Graceville
Date – Thursday 3rd July 2026
Time – 9.30am to 11.00am
Cost – $50 per Player
